| RWC Volume is nothing
more and nothing less than a volume
control ... |
| - |
it has a calibration
function that enables U 2 use the full
spectrum of volume levels supported by
your hardware |
| - |
it can be
operated without using the stylus |
| - |
it has a
mute function |

its
appearance can be changed using a skin |

The program was created 4
those of U that listen 2 music on
your Pocket PC.
It was designed with 2 main objectives: |
1. It must support fine-tuning of the
volume. |
2. U should not have 2 pick up the
stylus 2 adjust the volume. |
| The fine-tuning objective
has been accomplished by a calibration
function. This function is typically run
only once (or twice :o) after
installation where U identify the levels
that your hardware supports. |
| Before U have done any
calibration, the program has 24
(counting 0) volume levels. |
| When RWC Volume has
focus, U adjust the volume using the
left-right and/or the up-down buttons. |
| RWC Volume does not
retain button associations when it goes
out of focus. Our philosophy is that U
may have other applications that U
operate with these buttons, so we don't
want 2 interfere. Therefore, U must get
RWC Volume in focus before U can adjust
the volume. |
| The idea is 2 associate 1
of the Pocket PC buttons (e.g. button 3
which by default is associated with
E-mail) 2 RWC Volume. When U have done
that, one press on that button will
bring RWC Volume 2 focus. Then U use the
navigational buttons 2 adjust the
volume. |
| When RWC Volume has
focus, the associated button will toggle
mute. |
| Of course RWC Volume also
supports tap and tap-and-slide operation
if U should happen 2 have the stylus in
your hand. |
| Simply tap or slide
anywhere in the indicator area 2 adjust
the volume. |
